Through interviews with colleagues, our team designed unique Personas & Storyboards that identified modern ways of working. Once these were aligned with other in-flight prospective projects, Minttulip tailored the programme to end-user journey phased roadmaps.

Our team developed a programme and provided technical resources to support and implement the transformation. As a result, Minttulip successfully migrated NFU's legacy network file share content to SharePoint Online for all NFU Mutual business departments.

By nurturing Leadership engagement and empowering a Change Network of Heroes, we've guided NFU Mutual to securely managing information in the cloud, working on the go, conducting better meetings and collaborating more effectively.
